Best thing ever for dieters....or anyone actually!

My husband and I are on special cardiac diets. This product fills the bill when we want a little treat. All of the bar flavors are incredible. The pint flavors and texture are simply wonderful. I buy them at Publix and can’t wait to try more flavors. They’re a little pricey but well worth it.

Spectacular Ice Cream, at it's best!!!

Enlightened Ice Cream is the most delightfully delicious ice cream I have ever tasted! Each luscious spoonful carries an amazingly creamy mouthfeel, and the flavors are each perfectly decadent without adding a mountain of carbohydrates to my insulin-resistant waistline. I don't usually like Vanilla Ice Cream, but I love Enlightened's. Of all of the Enlightened flavors I have tried so far, my very favorite is Chocolate Peanut Butter, which is redolent with real peanut butter folded throughout. Enlightened Ice Cream is, indeed, rather spectacular! I am soooo glad that I found Enlightened!!!

Delicious!!!

I'm on a low carb diet, and I got this at Whole Foods store. It's my favorite now!!!!!! I tasted chocolate flavor only, lowest carb of all.
