These are great

I love ice cream, am on keto and every brand I've tried up until now has been not very good. Chalky, full of air, flavorless. I tried Enlighteneds mint chip and the vanilla dark almond chocolate and they were so good. My blood glucose never went above 120's-130 max afterward so for me they are a great option. My favorite was the mint but the vanilla dark chocolate almond was a close runner up. I'm glad options like this exist for that occasional treat. Enlightened has the best ice cream out there.

Best low sugar ice cream!

This ice cream is so good! I just wish it had only artificial sweeteners and no real sugar to make it low carb.
