Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pint

I've eaten a lot of keto ice cream in my life lol. USUALLY I go for Keto Pints bars because THEIR ice cream pints are never available.

I decided to splurge and get Enlightened this time and I 100% do not regret it.

I WILL say that I don't think it even needs the swirl. IDK if they have JUST chocolate, but if they do I am definitely trying that next time. The 5 minute wait time was worth it, this is some of the tastiest, creamiest, and "milkiest" icecream I've had a while. Even JUST as an ice cream, not even as a keto ice cream.

I wish it wasn't so expensive but they're all like this.

This isn’t bad, but it’s not great. It tastes like old-school chocolate ice cream with a ribbon of peanut butter, but the chocolate is wimpy, which is consistent with its old-school style, but it needs to be a little sweeter and more flavorful to offset the rich saltiness of the peanut butter. To scratch my peanut butter itch, the PB Cookie & Brownie Dough doe a way better job.

I absolutely love this ice cream. it has just the right amount of peanut butter and chocolate to make it the perfect mix. Almost like eating a cold reeses. Its awesome!! Even better with the ice cream cones...

This is my favorite so far, but I must check more out! Husband is diabetic, so he is thrilled with the low carb ice cream! Our only wish is to be able to buy all the flavors in single serving containers!!
