For years, I have eaten 3-5 pints of Enlightened ice cream a week. I workout 5 times a week, & I eat a low fat/low sugar diet to maintain a healthy weigh, & Enlightened is a huge key to my success at keeping off a 70 lb weight loss for over 3 years. I stick to lean proteins, fruits, & veggies all day, & at night, I reward myself with Enlightened ice cream!!! The only thing that could make it better is if you’d bring back the Black Cherry Chocolate Chip flavor. It was my favorite!

We ship ice cream via FedEx, packed in a cooler with plenty of dry ice to keep it frozen. (Always protect your hands by wearing gloves when handling dry ice. For disposal, leave the dry ice in a well-ventilated place out of the reach of children and pets and it will evaporate into carbon dioxide gas on its own.)
