Chocolate Chip Ready-to-Bake Cookies

They are so delicious and when I cooked the first batch of them I overcook them. They were dry. They were not good so I really didn't think I was going to like trying them again... I took them out of the freezer. Put them in the refrigerator to thaw for a couple of days. I put them in my toaster oven for just the short while and they were so perfect. So delicious!!! I let them cool slightly to where they're still warm. Where can I find these?!!?? I bought them at grocery outlet but I've never seen them since. Please help!

I really enjoy this cookies so much. Have been obsessed and was really sad they do not ship anymore. It gives you the option to find in a store near me which I thought was fantastic but actually none of the stores have this item. I'm walked in. Called the stores ir tried instacart for store out of the way and nothing. I hope they give the option to order and I'll pay for the shipping cost. It's so frustrating 😫

So for me personally, Enlightened products are a hit or just meh. I love the low carb ice cream cones, and some of the keto ice cream. These? THESE ARE A HIT!! The chocolate chunks melt perfectly! I place mine on a sheet in the air fryer on 320 for a few minutes and press them down just a tad. Then continue in the air fryer for an additional 7-8 minutes. Mine come out darker around the edges and sometimes the top (my air fryer basket is dark) but the middle and bottoms are SUPER soft and chewy. Let them cool for a few minutes so that you can pick them up. AH-MAZING!!! They are small portions so be careful if you are watching your carb intake. Paired with cold glass of almond milk and I’m in heaven! Great dirty keto treat!
