You can find Enlightened products in grocery stores nationwide! To see the stores nearest to you, search our store locator using your zip code.
We work hard all year long to get your favorite stores to carry our products on their shelves, and you can help us! We encourage you to submit a product request form to your favorite store to let them know which products you would like to see on shelves. If they know you want it, they'll want to carry it! Many grocery stores also have their own product request forms on their website, so you may be able to submit a request with your favorite store directly.

A pint of Enlightened contains 3 2/3-cup servings. In 2022, the FDA changed the serving size for ice cream from ½ cup to ⅔ cup.
Some carbs are broken down completely and absorbed by your body, while other carbs (like fiber and sugar alcohols) are only partially broken down and absorbed. We highlight the net carbs that remain after subtracting fiber, sugar alcohols, and allulose, because these are the only carbs that affect blood sugar. Here’s a quick net carb equation you can use with any nutrition label you encounter: Total Carbohydrates - Dietary Fiber - Sugar Alcohols - Allulose = Net Carbs.
Allulose is a zero net carb sweetener that is found in foods like figs and raisins. It provides a great, clean sweetness similar to the taste of sugar but with 90% fewer calories. Along with tasting even better, our ice cream made with allulose is easier to scoop from the container.
Sugar causes ice cream to melt quicker, and since our products are lower in sugar, they do not melt as quickly as traditional ice cream. We are always working on ways around this for the best experience for those who are eager to enjoy their treat (like us!), but the best things in life are worth waiting for! For maximum deliciousness and the creamiest possible texture, we recommend letting your pint sit out for 5-10 minutes before digging in. (Feeling impatient? You can also scoop your ice cream or Greek frozen yogurt into a bowl and give it a few seconds in the microwave.)
We don't recommend sharing our products with your pet. Certain ingredients used in some of our products, like xylitol, are great for humans but not safe for dogs.
